About LISA

The methodology was built by deploying it.

LISA did not start as a theory about legal AI. It started as a decade of custom AI engineering for organizations that could not put their data on someone else's platform, rebuilt for the American legal market.

From LegalMind to LISA

LISA's parent company, SolutioAI, has spent a decade building custom AI systems for organizations in regulated industries, the kind of organizations that cannot, for legal or ethical reasons, run their work on infrastructure they do not control.

The legal practice began with a single deployment for a global law firm's regulatory team, and grew, under the name LegalMind, into a set of engagements across the region. Every one of them was built on the same principle: the client owns what gets built.

LISA is that work, rebuilt for the United States. Same engineering discipline. Same principle. The American legal market has its own regulatory pressure, its own ethics regime, and its own reasons to care a great deal about where privileged data lives. LISA exists to serve it directly.

The mark

The A in LISA is a delta. In mathematics, delta is the symbol for change. In law, it is the shorthand for the defendant, the party with the most at stake in the room.

Both readings are deliberate. LISA is built for firms that intend to treat the shift in legal AI as a change they own, rather than a change that happens to them.

How we work

LISA is a focused practice, not a platform vendor. Engagements are led directly by the people accountable for them, from the first conversation through deployment. The practice works with a small number of firms at a time, because a custom build done properly demands it. That is a deliberate constraint, and it is not changing.
